How it works

Three steps from drawings to a signed-off document.

No templates to fill in. Upload what you already have and review what AIME writes.

  1. 01

    Upload your project documents

Drawings, specifications, product sheets and plans.

  2. 02

    AIME drafts the document

It extracts the key information, classifies every reference and writes the method statement with its risk inventory and risk assessment.

  3. 03

    Review, approve and export

Fine-tune any section, send it for approval by share link, export a print-ready PDF and generate the inspection record (AMA or BS EN) from the same work parts.

What you get

Every document, from the same project files.

Upload once. Generate the method statement, inspection record and HSEQ documents, and a Radar estimate, from the same drawings and specifications.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still have one? Email chris@aime-app.co

01Which regulations and standards does AIME work to?

Method statements include a risk inventory covering all 25 AFS 2023:3 risk categories for Swedish sites and are aligned with CDM 2015 for UK sites. Inspection records follow AMA in Sweden, or BS EN, CDM 2015 and NBS in the UK.

02Is the output ready to use on site?

It is a draft for you to check, not a finished document. Every section is editable, you create numbered revisions, and a competent person reviews, verifies and approves the document before it goes to site. Phrases you remove can be saved as exclusions, so AIME stops suggesting them on future documents.

03Does it work in Swedish and English?

The app and the generated documents are available in Swedish and English. An approved method statement can also be translated into Norwegian, Danish, German, Finnish, Polish, Dutch, French, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian for the workforce on site.

04Can my client or main contractor approve the document?

Yes. Share a link and they can approve it or request changes without creating an account. Operatives sign in on site with a QR code, and their sign-ins appear on the PDF sign-off page.

05Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI models?

Account and document data is stored with Supabase in the EU. Uploaded documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis only; Anthropic does not use submitted content to train its models. Payments are handled by Stripe and AIME stores no card details. ClayStack AB is the data controller under GDPR.

06How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 14-day Business trial and no card is required. When it ends you can continue on the Free plan, with 2 method statements and 8 inspection records, or choose Pro or Business. Prices exclude VAT and you can cancel at any time.
